My sweet Lilly was officially 6 weeks old as of yesterday. Time just goes by so fast doesn’t it? This will be my last week at home with her before I return to work so I’m going to enjoy every minute. In the past 6 weeks we’ve really gotten to know our new addition to the family. When I was pregnant with her, I would tell Mark that she was going to be our feisty one and boy I think I was right! Don’t get me wrong she’s a sweetheart and is very happy but if she’s hungry, bored, or dirty then you better watch out! I think kicking and screaming would best describe it. We’ve actually started to compare her to the super power baby Jack-Jack, on the Disney movie, The Incredibles. She is ridiculously strong, she has been able to support her own head since week 1 and along with her grip and leg strength I have no doubt she’ll take after her Daddy in sports. She loves to be talked to and smiles from ear to ear all the time. She’s hitting her milestones perfectly and I feel so blessed to have Lilly in my life.
