Good for you. I took the leap into owning my own business last year. I&#39;ve learned a lot, it hasn&#39;t been easy, but I&#39;ve been very blessed as well.<br /><br />It sounds like you&#39;ve already got some good idea of what you need to do. If you don&#39;t already know of the SBDC, I highly suggest you look into this resource. I&#39;ve learned a huge amount from them. The best thing is that it is government/grant funded, so after taking one class (for like $150 in my case), I was a &quot;client&quot; of theirs and could meet with their advisers as often as I liked for no charge.
